Since its beginning in 1977, Canada’s Farm Show Regina, SK presented by Bunge (CFS) has built its foundation on three pillars: Collaboration, Education, and Innovation. Those invested in the industry continually search for new and cutting-edge advancements to keep their operation sustainable and flourishing.
The Innovator Recognition Program presented by Greenwave Innovations and Farms.com, will spotlight those who dare to think differently and redefine the future of farming.
Innovator Award Categories:
Community: Making an impact beyond the fields.
This award honours an innovator who strengthens their community by advancing agriculture through meaningful initiatives, education, or outreach.
Emerging: The rising star pushing boundaries.
This award honours an up-and-coming innovator who is advancing agriculture through fresh ideas and early contributions that show exceptional promise.
Farmer: Revolutionizing the art of farming.
This award honours a farmer who advances agriculture by adopting innovative technologies or practices that enhance how work gets done.
Visionary: A legacy of innovation.
This award honours a long-standing innovator who has advanced agriculture through enduring leadership and significant contributions over time.
How it works:
Each application will be carefully reviewed by our Selection Committee. Nominations are now open and will close February 13, 2026 with the winners being announced at the Canada’s Farm Show Welcome Reception on March 16, 2026.
The competition is open to innovators who reside in Canada and provide concrete examples of their innovations and how they support the entry category.
